I agree about Trudeau. He knows a few basics that are very good, but then pretends to have a lot more. Let's face it, good health only comes (no secret) when you eat fresh & good food, exercise regularly, keep your liver and gall bladder CLEAN, deep breath and supplement (no pills) well , do so 3-4-5 times a day. Calcium is so critical ! ! !! I take a powdered form from four different sources - shake it up with my other stuff and take it 5 times a day. I do not, and wil never have parasites or an acidic PH. As most know, parasites and proper PH are critical (secret?) to overcoming any health problem ! ! ! !!
