I'm still confused with what to do or where to begin. Some people have given me some good information but I dont understand it. I'm 15, and very stupid.

I wouldnt mind doing the B/P shakes everyone is talking about, but how often do I do them, how much do I drink? Where do I buy the stuff at? How much does it cost....

And if I want to do a parasite cleanse, which I most definetly do, whats the best product? And should I do the parasite cleanse along with the B/P shakes? And what is the BEST parasite cleanser?
