HA! I think you made the right choice too! That is great. The parasite cleanse I'll be doing is Clarkia which is liquid so I'll be taking the same 3 ingredients as you minus your nice little concoction. I was thinking of adding pumpkin seeds (was it pumpkin?) since many people have said it works with killing parasites. I was wondering about ornithine and whether I should get that too but I didn't. Hopefully I won't need it. I want to start skin brushing so bad!! It's always in the back of my mind but I just haven't bought a brush yet. I read that jumping on a trampoline has the same lymphatic cleansing abilities as skin brushing. I was thinking about getting a mini one for the house and then doing both. You'll get to the Liver Flush before me so you'll have to let me know how it goes. I'm a little apprehensive about the epsom/oil thing but it must be done.
