It is funny, my dreams were different I will post in "dreams", but near the end of my fast I was dreaming about food! I'm sure because I was thinking about food right before sleep! But in general, Tracey, my dreams have become happier, though sometimes still frustrating, but what is best is I don't wake up in the mornings haunted by them. I never thought I could go 21 days, and I did the Bowel Cleanse as well and really cleaned house. I don't think I could have gone that long without this forum....REALLY! It was my constant companion and teacher/guide. And boy, did I need some guidance....Thanks again to you and to everyone. I plan on doing a Liver Flush and parasite cleanse next, but right now I am just enjoying food, and better weather ( I live in NYC ) and my beautiful daughter. Will definitely check in and be back for the next round!
