ME, ME, ME!!!

It's my first flush!! I was planning on doing a parasite and Colon Cleanse first, but my supplies have not arrived yet. I just can't wait to get started and I've read there have been several people who have jumped right into the Liver Flush, so I'm in good company.

I'm a little nervous about nausia. I've been eating terribly this week. I was planning on starting the flush on Friday, but now I'm wondering if I would clean up my diet tomorrow and then do the flush on Saturday. Any advice?
