Like Julia below...lots of people have jumped right into the Liver Flush and have had great results! Then it kinda gets you in the mood to reeeally cleanse. Go ahead and flush this weekend. Make sure to drink lots of water the day before and the day of the flush - also the day after, too! Because the Epsom Salts are very dehydrating.

I actually did the Master-Cleanse with b&p's for 9 days then finished it off with a liver flush! Wow. That was an amazing cleanse. I parasite cleansed afterwards and did more flushes and more b&p's while eating healthily too.

Will you be doing the Hulda Clark Liver Flush? It's a good, reliable flush to do...and dramatic too!
