hmmm...cysts sound like toxins to begin with.
i find that coffee enemas really help me with pms and tender lumpy breasts. since i've been doing them (along with liver/ parasite and Bowel Cleanses in the last 6 months) i haven't had any soreness or pms!

i think that once you get the body unplugged it will naturally drain all it's toxins out!
colonics come to mind too after that wonderful colonics post!
