Hi All - Just started the lemon diet today (this am) and I guess I did not understand i am to start with a laxative tea first. Can anyone recommend a good kind? I live in So. California. I am too scared to try the salt water. Also, I have to go to work everyday, has anyone found if this interfers with daily activities. After my first drink the AM I feel a bit light headed. Also, what are B&Ps I see people writing... Please help. Thanks! Good luck to everyone, Jianna.
