You really need to plan for a total cleansing regime and proper nustrition. This way you treat the cause and not waste your time treating symptoms. Colon cleansing/ parasite cleansing would be a good start while at the same time you adjust your diet. colonic irrigation could be incorporated at this time. Then once your colon is somewhat cleaner, you could add Liver Flushing to the picture and kidney cleanse as necessary. Once you have downed the parisites and reduced candida population, you could supplement with a decent probiotic to readjust your gut flora.
Water (pure) is the most important adjunct to this. 6 to 8 glasses a day.
There are other therapies you can explore such as zapping, etc but diet and cleansing is the core.
You may also want to look ino rebounding which is great for your lymph system and your immune health.
Also, ot/cold showers can be very beneficial to the entire healing process.
This would be a good start.
Colincs range anywhere from 45 dollars to 75 dollars. I personnaly prefer a gravity type machine with excellent filtration (with additional uv filter) as they are both effective and safe. Check references on your colon therapist. You want on that knows there stuff. Hopefully P Tree will come along and fill you in on more details. She is Curezone's colon therapy expert, and a darn nice gal.
