Your message fills me with hope, and it's also made me do some maths regarding my own condition. I have Rhuematoid arthritis, which developed fully when I had my 3rd child 4 years ago. Initial drugs treatment was very successful & i improved a great deal - until about a year ago. The symptoms started to progress again & I now have pain & swelling mostly in my feet, hands, wrists & fingers, including trigger finger (where it gets 'stuck' in a bent position - very painful).
The reason your post interests me is that I've been having a problem with a tooth that was filled a few years ago, but has never been good. I had to have the filling repeated several times & then finally a couple of years ago it was root filled. That didn't stop the problems though - I regularly tell my dentist it causes me pain & I've never been able to chew on it since it was filled. I asked for it to extracted, but have waited a year & still no appointment from the hospital (I'm too scared to have it out under a local at the dentists). Now it's really painful, so I'm going to have it out at a dentists who do it under a general.
When I think back to the timing of my Arthritis - it does seem to fit with the tooth problems.
I really, really hope this proves to be the answer. My main hobbies are sewing and playing woodwind instruments - neither of which I can do any more.
I don't know if you'll read this, as you post was a while ago, but if anyone else is interested, I'll post again in a few weeks/months & let you know.
I'm also trying the parasite cleanse...
Hopefully I'll be back with good news.....
