Well i had 4 sessions of colon hydrothearpy and i can say that it was one of the better things i did for my health.

I was in some what good shape when i did them. I did 6 months of eating healthy, exercise each day, lots of vitamins, colon and parasite cleansing before the colonics. No question that they helped.
