The anxiety attack and the pain in the right side is a classic case of die-off. I had exactly the same and afterwards I passed a mass of dead parasites, watch your stool. Sometimes you can get very bad die-off symptoms, dont let it put you off as it's a good sign. Just reduce your dosage if symptoms are too strong.

It would also make sense to do one treatment at a time otherwise you wont know what herb/vitamin is doing what or/if, anything.

I dont think you are supposed to take the CoQ10 until you have finished the parasite cleanse, and it's a one off dose, not a gradual build up.
