It is so nice of you to help me. I read the article about vitamin toxicity. It was scary. It's in my favor that I knew not to take the fat souble ones. I am confused because I took the dosage on the bottle. It was the first time I had taken them., so I didn't expect toxicity. My dog takes almost the same things (except for the liver herbs and parasite cleanse!) and she is alot smaller than I am. I am chemically sensitive, so that probably doesn't help. I am going to go to my mom's doctor tonight for some blood tests. I need them anyway for my ND's appointment next week. So hopefullly that will make me feel better. I've been having diarrhea since this morning. I know I'm not going to take the CoQ10 again. I am so glad I took only 1200 mg, instead of the recommended 3000 mg. That didn't sound right to me. Thanks again for your kindness. I will let you know how it turns out.
