Hi LindaS,

Did you do a paradite cleanse before starting the liver flushes? I have not done a flush yet, I'm at the end of a bowel/colon cleanse and want to do a liver flush, but heard you need to do a parasite cleanse first...What did you do? And, what was the receipe?
