I used Colosan from rawhealth.net. I learned about it on this site. But I think I was pretty well regulated even before this. I have been doing various bowel and parasite cleanses for several years before I came upon Curezone. The Iridologist couldn't find any parasites this last time, but I know to keep at it.

The Colosan is a "proprietary blend of various oxides of magnesium designed to gently release oxygen in the digestive tract for the purpose of cleaning." I have read that it is supposed to get rid of the mucoid plaque, as I do not have the money or inclination for colonics at this time. Colosan supposedly liquefies anything adhering to the itestinal wall. This was the first time I used it and it got me pretty well cleaned out before I started the Epsom Salts /grapefruit juice.

And yes - using grapefruit juice instead of water works just fine for me, much more palatable, even pleasant. I think when I used the straw this time, it shot the undissovled Epsom Salt crystals way past my tastebuds, so it was really not that bad. I divided my 1 TBSP of Epsom Salts into about 1 c. of grapefruit juice and put in separate Ball jelly jars. But the Epsom Salts never really seem to dissovle all the way. Also, with all the diarrhea, I need the extra potassium in the grapefruit juice.
