I can say in general that my digestion is better. I am also lactose intolerant, but I am able to tolerate milk better. Even before I did my first flush I can tolerat milk following Clark's advice. She recommended boiling your milk for at least 10 seconds (relative easy to do with a microwave) and I was able to digest that. That was to ensure killing the parasites inherent in any milk we buy. You may want to do the parasite flush before doing the liver flush.
