in my opinion everyone has parasites. you probably have parasite if you have not done one in the last 6 months. most of us do not have promblemns with the parasites. i have done a pasites cleanse and a liver cleanse together. what i did was add 15 to 30 drops of tinctures of the following. i used all 3. you can use what ever you have. there a tincture on Hulda Clark site called Clarkia .

i add 15 to 30 drops of Black-Walnut hull(green), cloves, and Wormwood to the olive oil or lemon juice combination when i do the liver cleanse.

make sure you bowels are moving good before doing the liver cleanse. i have also add these tinctures which you can buy at any healthfood store when doing a bowel cleanse.

i add this tincture to a glass of water once every 2 weeks.
