Hi there!

Some people just jump right in and do their first liver flush. Some people may feel nauseous with the flushes but a person can have done a parasite cleanse first and still feel nauseous. So...it's totally up to you.

If you're itching to flush - why not do one right away (get hydrated!) then start your parasite cleanse? Do your flushing 2 weeks apart and you're set!
