The parasite cleanse is very easy. I know of three good products (for sure).

Paragone (you can buy at your vitamin store)
Clarkia (on line)
Old Amish Dewormer (on line)

She only did the parasite cleanse because she was told to do it before her liver flush...she found out she had some loooonnng Tapeworms in there!
