That is a great site. Love his view on things. His new west diet is up on my fridge as a guide to healthy eating. He is the reason i buy all my vitamins, parasite and colon cleanse, enzymes, probiotics from http://www.theta.awarenesslife.com/ The vitamins are the best, i use to pee out most of them but now i get a rush when i take them now. I have tried almost everything out there and now for the first time i feel good after taking my vitamins. The hard pill vitamins i use to take made me burb and get that wierd taste in my mouth, and i would pee yellow as my body would reject it as it was not make from whole foods and was not vegetarian. The most important thing i found is that it is up to me to get healthy, not to depend on "the good will" of a HMO to help me get better. The first doctor i went to wanted to give me prozak for my IBS! I better stop now before i get stressed out..... heh
