hi! have you cleaned your bowels yet? you sound like you have food sensitiveties and not enough digestive enzymes. maybe something in your bowel, like candida, is causing all this?
maybe you are having die off. have you cleansed for parasites too?
i've had an incredible amount of worms leave my liver, no stones tho! and my last flush was incredibly awful, i got really toxic from the waste not leaving properly...

are you using organic oil? hmmm...how about broth and soups instead of solid foods for a while? miso is really good! bread is tough to digest for some. i wish i could help more, but i'm focusing on my intestines before i do any more flushing so im not that experienced in this department!
