Hi,

I started out on a Elimination Diet and the parasite and Colon Cleanse all at the same time.

I used experience as the colon cleaner and family clear for the parasites. When i needed more fiber i used metamucil and citrucel. Experience can be made into a tea also. You will not have constipation with any fiber product if you drink enought filtered or distilled water. When i started on experience i was having movements 8-10 times a day. I passed enough rode to rig a ship. I was so backed up, my pant size has gone from 48 to 36. This took 6 months and i still take these products as i want to go on with this.
