Trakar...people have found that if they take a bowel cleanser without laxative herbs at the same time that they do a parasite cleanse...their bowels move better. I guess the parasite herbs tend to soften things up a bit. Just a thought!

But, in your case you might want to do Dr. Schulze s (he puts laxative herbs in his)...you'll just have to make it through the possible cramps...if you push through that and do his other protocols I'm sure you'll be on your way!
