well it is disingenuous of you to use one meaning of management when the medical meaning is different. In the medical profesion management means everything from expectant management to cure.

I haven't seen much curing here actually. I see people taking stuff for hepatic stones they don't have. I see people regularly taking things for their "terrain" to repel the numerous parasites they believe they have. Not much curing tho.

There are plenty of cures in medicine - if you look with an open mind.
