I read about your first good flush. Great but don't stop now.
Did you follow through with your plan to do a colonic?

Keep taking your parasite cleanses!!! That is so important. They are NON TOXIC. You say you get panic attacks when you do. That's because you are killing parasites from all over your body including from inside of your heart.

So use your head to win the battle. The panic attacks will pass.

Do you still have your friend's zapper? Use it every single day until you are feeling better.

When you did the liver flush, you invited and opened the doors to get the toxins, bacterias, poisons, and parasites that have been hiding inside of the liver to come on out. So don't stop now.

Do another liver flush. Make sure you put 20 drops of Black-Walnut tincture or Clarkia in the olive oil/grapefruit mixture. Make sure you don't skip the epson salts before or after the flush. This is crucial to fully remove the gunk coming out from the liver.

Above all, you must eat, eat, and eat. Forget about your figure until you start filling great again. It won't be long.
Drink soup broths, make up simple broths with whatever good vegetable you got and drink it down.

If you can afford to go www.drclarkstore.com and buy a small bottle of Lugol's Iodine to clean your food before preparation, do it. If you can buy the kidney cleanse, this is a must. It seems to be complicated, but it is just takes a little time to read the instructions. The kidneys are crying for help and are trying to assist the liver in this flush. You will feel great after about a week of the tea that you drink daily which is the kidney cleanse. You drink about 1 cup a day for about 6 weeks or more.

Last bit of advice, get serious. Are you still using perfumey products, washing your clothes with PCB soaps instead of plain Borax, drinking bottled water which is laced with benezene and rubbing alcohol instead of drinking plain tap water? Well why not?

Save your money and buy a zappicator to zap all your food and water. This kills parasites, molds, sv 40 virus, removes benzene and PCB. Hot water washes helps to remove lanthinides (magnetic metals). I absolutely could not live without my zappicator. It is a permanent kitchen appliance in my home. It is portable. Take it with you when you have to eat out. Place your plate on top of the little box for 5 minutes before you eat the food served you. It made my well water taste great, too.
