Hey guys!

On Tuesday, I woke up feeling HORRIBLE. I felt like a truck had hit me and had a hard time moving. I felt REALLY nauseous. I couldn't get myself to eat hardly a thing. Had really bad diareeah all day, then really violent diareeah at night!

It could have been the moldy glass of water I accidentally ingested the day before (there is a logical explanation behind this!), or my doctor says there is a bug just like this going around, or it could be a cleansing reaction.

Yesterday I was feeling MUCH better, but today I am feeling really nauseated again.

I was initally planning on doing a liver cleanse this weekend, but now I am wondering whether I should or not. It seems like ever since I started cleansing my liver I have only gotten worse!!!

I am SOOOO sick of this! I can barely eat a THING anymore!

Do you guys think I should go ahead with the cleanse or give my system a break till next weekend?

(I also notice I have been getting little stabbing pains in my colon in a very specific area off and on for about a week now. I also get panic attacks whenever I take parasite killing medicines, like Primal Defense, CoQ10, or Clarkia . When I am not taking anything, my right eyelid is constantly twitching. My doctor claims it is because I am detoxifying right now. Sometimes I see little stars, but I am drinking lots of water.

Ugghh. I hope I am making sense to you guys right now. Any advice? Is there a light at the end of this tunnel???
