ok. i haven't had 3 poops-a-day nor have i really tackled the Bowel Cleanse fully yet, but i have done almost 4 months of parasite cleanse and 5? liver flushes.

sooo...if you are constipated why not try an enema? i love the coffee ones...they get all the crusty stuff moving out especially if the coffee is on the warmer side. if that helps then why not go ahead with the flush? the natural lubricant for the intestines is bile and your's obviously isn't flowing enough to move you...so unclogging your liver just may be the answer.

Epsom Salts ...now there is something i haven't mastered yet. i hate them so i reduced the dose to 1 tbsp rather then 3. i seem to be eliminating just fine from that and no headaches or dehydration..but they do make me feel somewhat weak and lightheaded...then again that can be just me. a lot of people have different results from Epsom Salts so i guess it depends on your body and hydration levels.

i hope someone else can enlighten you more on this subject as i only had 1 flush that produced stones. maybe im stone free or maybe they are still waiting to come out! happy flushing!
