The goood Colon Cleanses that I've heard about are the Bentonite & psyllium (simplest & least expensive), Holistic Horizons (good, no herbal laxatives), Experience (no herbal lax) and Dr. Schulze (with herbal laxatives - especially good for people who have chronic constipation). Some people respond well to the added herbs and others find it tooo much. (just something I've noticed)

You can do a parasite cleanse and Bowel Cleanse at the same time. The scheduling is a bit tricky though...as both have to be taken on an empty stomach. Not impossible, though!
