hi,have you tried any of the parasite cleanses yet? sounds to me you may have critters. it is often said that people who are skinny and have a distended abdomen have parasites...the rule of course does not always apply - but, i am skinny and have had 4 months of nothing but worms come out of me. altho i'm still skinny i have now a healthy appetite and better digestion. you may want to try such a cleanse cause the b&p shakes alone will not kill the pests in you. a coated tongue can be a sign of candida too. then i advise doing a liver flush. lots of parasites like to hang out in there too.

the clark parasite cleanse is really good, so is paragone. take care.
