hi ptree, i am confused about this because my liver and liver/gb area has been feeling very good these days. was not sore during the pale poo time. i've been feeling really good too after all that mucous has dried up and rest of parasites passed so i quit the shakes to do a liver cleanse.

altho something in me said not yet tho, so instead i started up an mc. my bm this morning was darker then yesterday but looked ok, nothing rainbow or unusual in texture. so, i am puzzled.
i think, since i still haven't managed to get any ropes out or stones in the last 4 flushes that there probably is lots in me to eliminate...and it's yet to come out.
i'll keep you all updated...today was my first day of the mc - and i managed suprisingly well!
