Ocean is soooo right about parasite cleansing for kids...I recommend a regular 'deworming' for everyone...children too! When I've mentioned that I'm not so keen on cleansing with kids...I should clarify that I'm referring to the more intensive Colon Cleanses or Master Cleanse or fasting...anything that is restricting nutrients (even short-term) or anything that they may not understand well or is lengthy.
