Since January:

Master Cleanse
parasite Cleanse
Blood Cleanse
then started Liver/Gallbladder flushes every 2 weeks
Took about 3.5 months (a bit agressive I was told)

Finished round #2 of Master-Cleanse with P&B this time
and did Liver Flush #4 last week.

Going to slow down now and rebuild the natural flora and continue the P&B every other day. Had very sore transverse colon the other day, it went haywire on me with cramps, etc, however, huge, and vile BM.
