I had your problem, so I tried a parasite cleanse, and it helped.
Then I started doing filtered water enemas and that helped even more.
Last week, I started using psyllium whole husks instead of powder, just because Iran out of powder and the whole husks were in sale.'
It made a humongous difference, It really helps your regularity.
So good that I am a little worried my bowels will develop an addiction to the whole husk, just like it would to laxatives.
