I too suffer the same for over 18 years. The best suggestion is to do the cleanse, Bowel, Liver, Kidney and parasite cleanse. I am doing Bowel and parasite cleanse. Most gass problems are associated with parasites and toxicacity. I am using Paragone for parasite and the regular P&B shakes for intestinal cleanse. My situation is not yet better but I am elimanating both parasites and mucoid plaque. You should be alright using the protocols suggested in this site. You will suerly do well if you avoide all kinds of meat and other acid forming substances.
