I can't remember & I know I asked this a long time ago...but I can't find all the posts on it...sorry to ask again. What exactly are the B&P shakes? Where do I get them & what do they do?

I am doing the Master-Cleanse Lemonade Diet on Monday, my goal is to go 10 days if I can (hopefully I do ok with work too)...(I have only made it 3 at a past attempt, but I am fed up with my sluggishness & being ill & just want to cleanse my body). I also want to do a 3day apple fast (I think) & a parasite one & a liver flush...I am just not sure of the order I should be doing?

Anyways, So, I don't really know about the b&p shakes? I have a lot of toxins in my body & this is the most unhealthy my body has been for as long as I can remember too.

I am excited actually about starting again :) I feel much stronger about it this time....I have one other question though? how does everyone find their sexual life while doing all this if that is a fair question to ask? Mine is really good right now & I worry about that changing? I know that sounds pretty weird, but just a thought that has come over me.
