Hi!

I am not sure exactly what your concerns relating to sushi are.... since I don't know who "that guy" is.


However, regardless of what you choose to eat - I would recommend regular and ongoing parasite cleansing.

This is basic maintainance - as you can pick up parasites just by breathing in.
