yes i like janaki's idea, but till then we all have a measure of innate healing power that can be concentrated from within for what we need. I used to experiment with my kids when they would cry uncontrollably as infants. Sometimes I would just barely touch them but use my hand to cup their forehead and experiment with different thoughts of love. It works. I have not used my reiki much but again am motivated to begin again thanks for sharing these experiences
