May I respond to your writing? Does it really matter if your experience was a NDE or was it one amazingly fine gift from God? I go into the depth of my heart and feel God (Love) every moment I am alive. I have fallen in love with that Love.
A saying that I saw one time was "Life is mysterious, don't take it so serious."
Now about your friend: in my situation, it was a little dog that saved me when I was in the head on collision. She was between me and the steering wheel, in a place where she had never laid in the 12 years that I had her. I couldn't cry when they told me she died because my chest was crushed. It takes your chest to really cry. So a couple of months later I was thinking about her and getting ready to shed a tear and .....her little spirit came to me and said ----- "I am out here having all these adventures and when you get upset, I have to come back and cheer you up. Get over it so I can get back to my adventures." I am saying all this because your friend is probably out there having a good time exploring and flying around. I can tell you that if you look in your heart, he will be there smiling and saying Oh, heck you know I love you. And then off he'll go.
Also, life has ups and downs just to make you the person you are today. Sometimes I say, everything and everybody has pluses and minuses, but in reality they are all pluses, because of all the lessons we learn are teaching us that every thing on the planet is temporary and the only permanent thing is , is Love. So I have just fallen in love with Love and exude this everywhere I go. I find that people respond to me differently and if they are not nice I am still Love. This is when you want to remember the Love you felt from God and exude this energy.
