Thanks for posting Cloe. It's very helpful to hear other people's experiences. I found it very interesting that you felt a protective capsule around yourself in a time of danger. I've heard someone else describe imagining a pink protective bubble around them to overcome fear, which, interestingly allowed them the experience of astral travel. I think fear is our biggest stumbling-block.

I too am visited, but only to my knowledge by one person....my mother-in-law whom I've never met! She visits sometimes during my meditation, and she comes to help me out in the kitchen sometimes (or to check out my cooking!...I'm not sure which).

Anyway, thank you for sharing your experience.
