Hi agnes! Can it be that your using too much of the GSE? I know i my case it numbed my mouth, however I do think the mouthwash is much better Formulated than using the GSE/water alone, Plus it tastes so much better!! since it has other ingredients, But i will tell you DO NOT overuse the mouthwash either, since it numbs your tongue and mouth, once or twice a day should be enough.
with the mouthwash I noticed a change very quickly, I hope you get it soon and get great results from it God bless :)
