Hey Megan, great work, you are making progress. Look at how far you have come, not being able to do a brisk walk and now walking for 45 min, fantastic, you can do it. Keep taking the garlic, as Dr S. has said w/the garlic you are taking no self respecting parasite will want to hang around. Like all of us we did not get bad health overnight, so also we will not get better overnight, but we will get better in less time than it took for us to get worse. So congraulations on the progress so far and you can do it the rest of the way, all is well I rewmain in His grip, A. J.
