Remarks - The Black-Walnut arrived today. This is good. Now I can go from the intestine #1 and #2 right into the liver cleanse and finish up all this detox with one week remaining with the kidney. I have a second opinion this week. I'm excited and nervous. I wish the growth was noticably different, but is is not yet. As for having blood work done again I am also nervous as I am sure I have been stirring things up. The d-tox - I would rather drink Superfood and vitamin c mixed with olive oil than take the de-tox. Yuck! That is just wrong.
I started the intestine #1 today. Mr. Number 2 is already visiting twice a day. I need to review and see if I stop the intestine #1 and start the Insestine #2 or continue to take Intestine #1 with Intestine #2??? I do know that I can start Intestine #2 when Mr. Number 2 visites three times a day.
Diet -
For Morning - Super food - 2 tbs in 8 oz water, 8 oz ozonated water
For breakfast - Banana and fresh fruit
For mid morning - Flax oil and cottage cheese, Oatmeal - carb and Sugar free, fresh fruit
For lunch - Salad
For mid day - Keto protein drink - carb and Sugar free, 8 oz ozonated water
For dinner - Salad or pasta salad
For mid night -
For night - Flax oil and cottage cheese, 8 oz ozonated water
Other - (4000 mg Vitamin c powder, 33oz water with 1/4tsp Sea Salt , 1/4tsp cayenne pepper) / day.
90+oz of water total a day.
Feeling - I feel good. I have loads of energy, even at night. The last three night I stayed up until 3:00. It is not because I can't sleep. I am just AWAKE and ready to go. Of course waking up at 9:00 is the result. This is not good. I want to start to get up earlier like 5:30 so I can hit the gym. Not only do I need/want/desire to go to the gym maybe it will help burn some of this energy.
