I am feeling really crappy from all my parasite cleansing. I also am scheduled to work a banguet tonight so I may be in the midst of serving at the time I am supposed to take the salts.

I am going to drink tons of green juices today and if i feel strong enough for the cleanse and still miss the Epsom Salt time slot, maybe I will just shift the flush schedule forward and stay up till 2am to do it!

We'll see.
