Hi all,

I have had poor digestion for a good while now and would like to add enzymes or something similar to my routine to help this. I rarely have digestive pains but I get small amounts of gas, but the main problem is that I normally have very undigested food in my stools.

Can anyone recommend good enzymes for this situation? I have also been on antifungals and anti- parasite herbs for some time.

Also, I am currently doing the P&B shakes bowel cleanse--does anyone know if it's ok to take enzymes concurrently?
