I have kept at it. .. trying to be patient as I feel so bloated and crampy and energy up/down - I really do want to get a large part of this allcleaned out int he next three weeks. .. .was going to do Sea Salt flush, but ate at 8 p.m. last night, did not prepare properly. . .so this a.m. decided not to. Did take 2 tblspoons of Coconut oil - and. . . .had 3 movements, one large and two smaller and had a 2" worm!

I don't think I have had any mucus come out - so does that mean the candida is not taken care of - seems that wouldbe so - and I was not going to start parasite cleanse till after trip to Mexico was done, early January.

I know it is advised to have the Bowel Cleanse done with before parastie cleanse, but I now just want these gross worms out.

I am certain my insecurity is showing, yes? I am not asking for more support than I have received (I am getting so much, thank you all!) just HAD to share (did so ont he other forum too) about this first worm experience! Yuck!

4 weeks into P&B use, no mucus, a lot of constipation, 2-3 BM per day, no real results from enemas, not certain if Candida is out (I doubt it! But I am not getting so much foggy head for 8 days now!) and now worms - so I guess I am on-track, yes? I am going to go drink more water now.
