The answer lies with you. I think you should. Just by virtue of all that your liver has done for you for your whole life makes it a candidate for flushing. Also, you mentioned hypoglyemeia and that is showing you that your liver is not functioning optimally and needs flushing. I think you swings of Sugar levels with improve in time. A lot of environmental poisons and parasites are housed in the liver. I recommend a Liver Flush or two, a Bowel Cleanse and a parasite cleanse. I didn't think I needed a parasite cleanse and I passed a worm embedded in a liver stone during a cleanse. Gross. I started the parasite program Paragone the next day and passed hundreds if not thousands of thread like worms and others. Read some of the R&N postings to start. Educate yourself and get better.
