I have no problem with rabbit food. I can eat veggies like greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. just fine. The problem is that they don't give me enough calories.

As far as nuts go, I do eat them, but they do not give me energy. They just go straight to my fat reservoirs. After eating them I feel like I never ate a thing because I do not get any energy from them.

What is Stone Free? What is in this product and how does it work? How long to see results?

I am taking Chinese Bitters from sensiblehealth.com and this contains Gentian and Blupleurem (sp??) herbs.

I am also starting to take (between flushes) Dr. Schultze Liver/gallbladder/ parasite formula, as this has helped me greatly. I tried taking Livotrit Plus from Biotics Research for a few days, but it made me soooooo sick I had to stop. I know it was a cleansing reaction, but I couldn't cope.

I think I am just going to mix it up like you said and minimize reactions to the small amounts of grain I eat just to keep up the energy levels. My liver should be getting better and better with time and they should have less of an impact on my health the more resiliant it becomes, right?
