I just finished my "spur of the moment" flush. I was feeling so rotten yesterday, with quite a bit of pain and pressure in the liver/gallbladder area. About three in the afternoon I decided to do a flush. I had no apple juice or apples, and didn't feel like driving nearly 10 miles to the nearest town to buy some. I did two Epsom Salt drinks mixed in The Master Cleanse lemonade, it wasn't too bad. At 10:30 PM I took a couple of Melatonin tablets and applied a castor oil pack. At 11 PM I drank 3/4 cup olive oil and 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. I went right to bed, laying on my right side with a heating pad against the castor oil pack.
I was able to go right to sleep, but woke up in pain about 2:30 AM. The pain in the liver/gallbladder area lasted about 1 1/2 hours, it was fairly severe and with nausea. I heard about a time of night when the liver is active, is it about this time?
In the morning I drank two more Epsom Salt drinks (I usually only drink one). About 11 1/2 hours after drinking the oil/juice I started passing stones. All in all I have passed at least 50 pea sized or larger stones, and hundreds of smaller stones, many of them pin head size. As usual there was also a lot of tan chaff. Two of the larger stones contained what appeared to be parasite bodies. I passed a lot of white tissue that may have been parasites, but I'm not sure. There was also some orange colored tissue, a first for me. Could these have been the remains of some flukes? One parasite came out that looked like a grain of white rice with a tiny black speck at one end.
I have been doing a parasite cleanse for just over a week now. I am really suffering from what is probably die-off symptoms. I hoped this Liver Flush would clear some toxins out of the liver, and maybe I'd feel better. Its too early to know if this flush will provide relief; but I think flush #19, done on the spur of the moment has been successful.
