I did Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse and threelac, I also did pau d'arco (tincture) and drink a lot of the pau d'arco tea. I really think it's better to do the parasite cleanse first. Then again, I have a thing about having those boogers inside my body. I'd rather have them dead and down the drain than eating away at my guts. I have been having very good results with all of my cleanses. Hard to believe that all those things are in your body. No wonder I got sick so often! Your choice though.
I have a friend that is petrified of the parasites. Of course, this gives her a reason for not doing any cleansing. I have a hard time with her logic.
Remember, just as I can't make a comparison to how my liver cleanse would have worked without the parasite cleanse, those people claiming dramatic results have nothing to compare their results to either. The results may have been even more dramatic had those people done the parasite cleanse prior to their liver cleanse.
