Hi tiffcurl,
I'm relatively new to this cleansing thing but I'm on my third liver cleanse after changing my diet and doing extensive bowel and parasite cleanses. I was really scared when I did my first liver cleanse but I knew that I had prepared the way for the stones to pass and I knew, by reading the posts here, that all problems that might be encountered during a liver cleanse can be overcome through natural means.
I noticed that you didn't mention doing a parasite or Bowel Cleanse prior to your liver cleanse, I really think that, if you haven't done them already, you should consider doing them prior to doing the liver cleanse.
BTW, I might have been able to match you in McDonald's fry consumption in previous years. Good thing you're doing this now instead of waiting until you're 44 like me.
I'm sure the seasoned cleansers will be chiming in soon.
